All goods will be delivered by Australian Air Express (AAE) and require a signature upon receipt. Therefore, we recommend you provide an address where you will be located during office hours. No delivery will therefore be permitted to a Postal Box.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with an item we will accept returns or exchanges within 31 days of receipt. We will exchange it or give you a refund provided that it is returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.


Should the item you wish to exchange be of the same value as the original item, please mail back the unwanted item and we will post out an exchange free of charge.
